Bengaluru being an IT hub makes it difficult to commute as there are vehicles everywhere! Here are 7 roads to avoid in case you happen to be on the road and your Spotify is only playing ads.
Silk Board Junction:
Keeping up with Silk Board The New Indian Express
What is there to say about this one that has not been said already. It is by far the busiest place in the city with buses, autos and cars every time. But fear not! Soon this problem will see its solution as we can expect namma metro to save us from wasting time.
2. Marathahalli :
Marathahallii's Menace The Times of India
Silk board's first cousin Marathahalli is known for the number of vehicles because it also serves as a hub for the IT companies. This road makes you want to take at least two rounds of sleep. We suggest catching up on missed episodes of your favourite Netflix series or movies.
3. Mekhri Circle :
A journey to definitely not remember Deccan Herald
Here's one for the long drives to the airport for this road will make the drive even longer. This road is filled with vehicles who are in a HURRY. So word of advice, there is no need for the radio when you have honking music to keep you company.
4. BK circle junction, JP Nagar 7th Phase :
Where can you start here? This rarely monitored junction is a haven for fights to break out between two drivers. While the fight is entertaining, it causes a really long que on the main road with the two way road blocked almost everyday.
5. K R Puram :
The Kardashian of Bengaluru roads Bangalore Mirror
This road is possibly one of God's most sadistic creations. Being on this road reminds you so much of the infamous Silk board junction. You may want to avoid this side of the town.
6. Sarjapur :
Not so welcome to Sarjapur The Hindu
Well, Sarjapur is the ugly truth beyond the niceness of the NICE road. Thanks to the dwellings and tech parks on the main road, commuting becomes a tedious task especially during 7:30 to 10AM.
7. Corporation circle :
Not very corporative road The Hindu
With a little touch of the vintage side of bengaluru, this masks the tiring and really long traffic jams with the signal turning green only for three seconds. You can take your time and look at the buildings around.
